This is a lightly USED heavy-duty plastic miliary surplus case that measures 38X21X17H.  This case has a full gasket, which makes it water tight when it is secured by the 6 butterfly latches.  Two full sized spring loaded handles make it much easier to carry.  This case hinges open, and features 2 small wire cables to hold the opened top upright.  The foam inside has already been customized for a prior use, however it could be easily removed, and either left empty or filled with new foam.
