This is a USED heavy-duty plastic miliary surplus case that measures 23X23X20H.  It has a gasket that makes it reliably water tight.  Two robust, spring loaded handles make it much easier to carry.  This case hinges open, and the top cover is held upright by a metal wire.  The existing foam configuration will serve any contents very well, OR remove it if desired.
