Return Policy
Northwoods Operations does NOT accept returns on "Used" "Reconditioned" or "Surplus" items that are sold unless the product was clearly misrepresented. All "Used, Reconditioned, or Surplus" items are sold "AS IS" unless explicitly noted otherwise. Northwoods Operations MIGHT accommodate a customer return on terms that are agreed to by both parties, however, we are NOT obligated to accept returns outside of clear misrepresentation or our own unmistakable error.
Any returns MUST be approved by Northwoods Operations BEFORE moving forward. The customer must initiate the return process within 30 days from the purchase date. In the event that the item is back ordered, Northwoods Solutions will extend this return time frame at its own discretion.
If the product return is due to an error by Northwoods Operations, the customer will be refunded within 30 days of our determination and admission of fault unless an alternative agreement can be made between Northwoods Operations and the customer.
